Last month, your organization travelled to our nation’s capital to participate in the US Travel Association’s “Destination Capitol Hill” and the National Restaurant Association’s “Public Affairs Conference.” Members of the Wyoming Hospitality and Travel Coalition, the Wyoming Tourism Board, Cheyenne Frontier Days and the University of Wyoming WORTH program met with Senators John Barrasso and Cynthia Lummis to discuss key issues impacting our industry.

The Wyoming Hospitality and Travel Coalition (WHTC) is thrilled to announce that Wyoming Office of Tourism Executive Director Diane Shober was recognized as the 2025 Big WYO Award winner at the Governor’s Tourism Conference this week.

The Wyoming Legislature concluded the 2024 budget session last Friday, agreeing to a biennium budget that has been sent to Governor Mark Gordon for consideration and signature.
There ended up being a total 366 bills and resolutions posted for consideration.
